Dell opens Xiamen customer service center

Dell’s new store in Xiamen, "can meet the needs of the customers who are not familiar with computers.” It covers an area of 300 square meters with a reception area, a waiting area, a static-free maintenance area and a meeting area. Customers can directly take their computers to the service center for any repair. 
Yang Chao, Dell Greater China Consumer Business General Manager, said, “It is a great time to open a flagship customer service center in Xiamen. Beginning with Xiamen, we will open more service centres across China in the future.” 
Dell China opened its manufacturing operation in Xiamen in 2006.
