Dell Inc. is planning a second manufacturing plant in Xiamen to double its capacity for building personal computers for mainland China, Hong Kong and Japan, adding to the 2.7 million PCs it already produces in its other Xiamen plant, the Wall Street Journal reported. Dell is China's fourth-largest PC seller, with approximately a 7% market share, the Journal reported, citing market researchers.
