Chief marketing officer of Microsoft China, Martin Wu, has been tapped to become the CEO of eBay's Eachnet, as the US-based online auctioneer gears up for a tough fight with Taobao, the auction site owned by Alibaba. This comes as Microsoft loses another top manager following the departure of former Microsoft executive Li Kaifu for Google. Microsoft said Wu will leave the company on September 16.
