Ericsson yesterday announced a partnership with Chinese telecom equipment maker ZTE to co-operate in TD-SCDMA trials in China. It also announced plans to establish an R&D centre near its production facility in Nanjing in Jiangsu province to develop TD-SCDMA technology.
