Farmer income growth to slow

Despite China's increasing grain output, income growth among mainland farmers will slow to 5% this year, versus 6.8% last year, because crop prices have no room to grow, state media reported, citing the "Green Book of China's Rural Economy" by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the National Bureau of Statistics.
