[photopress:142_08B.gif,full,alignright]Fudan University in Shanghai will award its first scholarships worth US$125,000 in total to foreign students this week. Wu Huizhen, director of Fudan’s foreign students office said “Despite a tight education budget, we insist on launching the foreign student scholarships in the hope of luring more high-level foreigners to study degree programs in the city.”
