Alleging that Chery Automobile Co has copied two of its vehicles, South Korea-based General Motors Daewoo is suing China's eighth-largest car maker for US$9.6m, state media reported, citing the Beijing No 1 Intermediate People's Court. GM claims Chery's mini car QQ is a derivative of its Matiz and Spark models, a charge Chery has denied.
