Grand Power Logistics Group, a leading China-based international logistics provider, will join with Beijing Jinfeng Air Service to set up a joint venture in Beijing to operate cargo logistics and transportation in Northern China.
BJAS is a subsidiary of China National Aviation Company (CNAC), which also owns China’s biggest and oldest Airline, Air China.
Ricky Chiu, president and CEO of Grand Power said, ‘The Joint Venture will enable Grand Power to establish a footprint in Northern China by partnering with a dominant local player. BJAS has industry-wide relationships with airlines and ground logistics experience in one of our key target regions in China.’
The target region for the jv Northern China with operations based in Beijing and Tianjin. The company expects to expand to Dalian, Qingdao and other second tier Northern China cities once the jv is completed and licensed and its operations are fully established.
