Hanjin upgrades China/Europe service

Hanjin Shipping has taken delivery of the 5,750 teu Hanjin Madrid from Hanjin Heavy Industries.
The new vessel, which is on long-term charter from Conti Reederei, has entered the China
Europe Express service operated by the Cosco, K Line, Yang-ming and Hanjin alliance.
Hanjin now has three 5.750 teu vessels in this eight-ship service, and is steadily upgrading individual ship capacity from vessels around 4,300 teu. A fourth vessel will follow this month. The port rotation for the service is: Rotterdam, Hamburg, Felixstowe,
Kaohsiung, Pusan, Qingdao, Xingang, Pusan, Yantian, Port Klang, Rotterdam.
