Harvard to teach real estate

This spring and summer, topics of interest to commercial real estate professionals including finance fundamentals, leadership survival skills, finding the right Chinese investor and retail development are covered in a new series of executive education programs from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

A course designed specifically for commercial real estate developers, owners, financiers and building industry professionals will be held at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Created in collaboration with Peking University’s Center for Real Estate Law, this new two-day program will provide participants with the tools and understanding that real estate professionals need in order to secure Chinese financing and investment.

But has Harvard University Graduate School of Design anything to do with the famous university?

CityBizList Boston
leads us to Wikipedia, which tells us "The Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) is a graduate school at Harvard University offering degrees in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Planning and Design." The name is slightly different but the organizations appear to be the same.
