China mobilized emergency inspection teams to monitor health guidelines at hospitals around the country in response to a new outbreak of SARS which is suspected to have spread from a laboratory at the Institute of Virology in Beijing. The World Health Organization is planning to send a support team to China to monitor bio-safety protocol. There have been two officially confirmed SARS cases and six suspected cases in the recent outbreak. A total of 337 people have been quarantined in Beijing and another 133 in Anhui province.
