China Eastern Airlines and Dragon Airlines both added flights to the Shanghai- Hong Kong route in anticipation of increased demand. China Eastern increased its daily flights from Shanghai to Hong Kong from 11 to 15 and Dragon Air increased its weekly flights between the two cities from 60 to 74.
