[photopress:Home_Inns_Guangzhou.jpg,full,alignright]Sun Jian, company CEO of Home Inns & Hotels Management said the company will increase the proportion of franchised hotels in its hotel portfolio, raising it from the current 30% to 40%. He said, ‘We could have multiple ways of development thanks to many business opportunities.’
He said the company will not raise franchise fee for the time being. And although Home Inns aims to be an international brand it has no immediate intention of opening overseas.
Sun Jian said China has a huge potential market for economy hotels and therefore Home Inns can use that base to eventually move into becoming a leading international brand.
