Huawei Technologies, the world’s second largest telecom equipment maker, is seeking to strengthen a tie-up with the UK telecom sector, The Wall Street Journal reported. UK Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne visited Huawei’s headquarters in the southern city of Shenzhen on Wednesday to meet with company founder and Chief Executive Ren Zhengfei.
