Inspection rules to be unified

China is considering revisions to its rules that will unify the inspection standards on imports and exports, China Daily said. The new system will use a single set of standards and assessment procedures for the inspection of commodities and one obligatory standard mark for commodities made in China and abroad. The current rules, which have been in force for 13 years, are being changed in accordance with China’s WTO commitments.
