The Cass (formerly City University Business School) Executive MBA China is a two year, part-time program for executives based in China and the surrounding regions. It has been developed in association with the Bank of China and the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and is based on Cass Business School’s Executive MBA programme. It is delivered off-campus — online learning. This is appropriate.
In 1989 CASS was the first educational establishment in Britain to give all residential students Internet access. Nowadays students working either on or off campus can access 6,000 online journals and the 20 specialist databases of Cass’s Cyril Kleinwort Library.
The Executive MBA China programme consists of 12 core and three elective modules which are studied sequentially. All participants are then required to complete a Business Research Project which is a major piece of self-managed business analysis. Examinations take place in Shanghai. The degree is examined to the same standards and has the same status, as all other Cass MBA programmes.
