In a US court hearing over whether former Microsoft executive Kai-Fu Lee should be allowed to take a job at Google following his employment at Microsoft, Lee testified that the software giant mismanaged much of its operations in China in recent years, with misguided moves that included threatening and insulting the Chinese government, the Seattle Times reported. The Chinese government had written off Microsoft, and morale at the company's China operation was low while employee turnover was high, Lee testified.
