China’s largest domestic computer maker, Legend, has signed an agreement with Texas Instruments and Chinese electronics firm Xoceco to make mobile handsets and wireless internet devices, South China Morning Post said. The three partners will set up a Yn150m joint venture to carry out research, development and manufacture of a new range of voice and data products.
