Today, the total scale of China’s logistics market has reached RMB240 billion, and it is expected to grow at an annual rate of 30% in the coming years.
Multinational corporations like FedEx, UPS and TNT have already made moves to traditional large scale Chinese logistic enterprises.
Currently four major regional logistic circles centers have been formed in big coastal cities in eastern China, including:
1. The Bohai Rim logistic circle with Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian and Qingdao as core.
2. The Yangtze River Delta logistic circle with Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Ningbo as core.
3. The Taiwan Strait logistic circle with Xiamen and Fuzhou as core.
4. The Pearl River Delta logistic circle with Guangzhou and Shenzhen as core.
