Goodlife is a logistics service enterprise involved basically in bringing agricultural products to cities and supplying the countryside. It was founded in 1998 and is one of the leading enterprises catering for the Hebei supply and marketing co-operatives. It has five subsidiaries in Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Cangzhou and other strategic locations.
Goodlife serves more than 500 suppliers and 1,700 stores with a turnover of RMB500,000 in 2007. The plan is to double those numbers in 2008.
The partner is Beiguo Renbai Group which manages retail and supermarket chains and also has wholesale, distribution, storage and transportation. In these and other areas it is the local leading enterprise in Hebei province.
Goodlife and Beiguo Renbai Group will cooperate on logistics for the existing stores of Goodlife, brand management of Beiguo Renbai Group, and e-business management and standard service of logistics distribution.
The two will co-operate to develop network system of chain management for the whole of Hebei province.
