Matsushita unit to sell software in China

Matsushita subsidiary Panasonic Communications Solutions (PCCS) will begin sales of a computer program that visually conveys product assembly instructions. The program uses CAD (Computer Aided Design) to produce moving images, eliminating the need to translate instruction manuals into Chinese. The program, called easy driver, was developed by PCCS and Nippon Systemware Co and costs US$27,600.
