Xiamen-based Mchem Pharma Group signed an agreement with the Clinton Foundation to supply discounted chemical ingredients to the producers of generic AIDS drugs in India and Africa with an eye to eventually exporting the AIDS drugs, the Wall Street Journal reported. Mchem will sell the ingredients at a 20% discount to the current lowest price available and will initially supply treatment to about 400,000 people a year.
