As goods manufactured in China’s industrial parks become increasingly innovative, so are the machines operating within these zones. Improved material-handling technology in particular has given rise to new ideas and better industrial equipment. Due to the increased demand for these machines, new companies providing innovative and up-to-date technology have emerged.
BX50 Series Forklift
In industrial parks, forklifts are commonly used to move heavy loads. The new Komatsu BX50 Forklift, a highly reliable and fuel-efficient series, is built for longevity to reduce lifetime costs.
Although the BX50 series uses an internal combustion engine for power, its environmentally friendly design has reduced exhaust emissions to levels lower than standards established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). At the same time, the trucks meet standard specifications with a load capacity of 3.5 tons and masts that can reach up to 6 meters, depending on the model.
The BX50’s design emphasizes safety and ease of use. A trademark characteristic of Komatsu’s forklifts is the structure of the mast, which has a window and low profile dash display, giving the operator an unrestricted view of the fork tips to prevent accidents. This model comes with improved safety features including an innovative auto-brake control system, an emergency reversing device and a pressure relief valve to protect the truck in case it is overloaded. However, because some of the electronic components are imported, its price is higher compared to previous models. Buyers must pay for an added sense of security.
An electrically powered vehicle, the CBD20H runs on a high-performance battery, albeit a 140 kg one. However, a clever side-rollout design makes the battery easier to replace than previous models.
TSP (Turret Stockpicker) 6000 Series
Space is a valuable commodity when aisles between storage racks may be only about 1 m wide, which isn’t enough room for the majority of lift trucks.
Moving and storing products is complicated, especially when racks reach heights over 10 m. Before the creation of the Crown TSP 6000, companies had to buy two separate machines: a turret truck to reach higher items on racks and an order stock picker to fit in narrow aisles to reach lower level goods.
The TSP model has the ability to reach up to a height just over 12 m and has a load capacity of 1360 kg. Its small design allows it to maneuver through narrow aisles, and the TSP is able to reach lower level items even in spaces that are only a few centimeters wider than the machine itself.
The rail of the driver cab tapers off near the front instead of extending across the entire width of the cab, creating space for the driver to move into the aisle unhindered. XGS560 Sideloader Lift Truck

QUY100 Crawler Crane
Although they are typically used on construction sites, cranes are now widely used in the transport industry for lifting freight that is otherwise too heavy or large for normal lift trucks to handle.
