Minsheng considers HK share sale

Shareholders of China's Minsheng Bank approved a Hong Kong share sale that may raise US$1 billion this year to expand its capital and bankroll expansion.

It would be the first Mainland Chinese bank to debut overseas but the share offer still requires regulators' approval.
