ProLogis Park under construction
ProLogis, the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, has leased about 174,000 square feet in Shanghai to Mitsubishi Logistics.
Mitsubishi Logistics will occupy one of the buildings at ProLogis Park Pudong Heqing, which is in the new Pudong district of Shanghai. This is the company’s first lease agreement with ProLogis.
Mitsubishi Logistics will lease the space through its affiliated joint venture Shanghai Linghua Logistics and will fully occupy one of the buildings at ProLogis Park Pudong Heqing.
