Danish shipping company AP Moller has formed a joint venture container terminal management company with the Port of Shanghai Authority. The new company will manage four berths in phase four of Waigaoqiao Container Terminals. Moller has contributed 49 per cent of the registered capital of Shanghai Hudong Container Terminal Management. Its container carrier subsidiary Maersk Sealand is a major customer of Waigaoqiao.
