Starting from the end of this month, China Southern Airlines will increase the direct Sydney-Guangzhou services to twice daily with the addition of an evening arrival/departure service. At the same time, it will also increase its direct Melbourne-Guangzhou service to daily.
Then, a week or so later, the airline will introduce a new direct Brisbane service flying three times a week from Guangzhou.
Asia Travel Tips reports that early morning arrivals in Guangzhou – daily from both Sydney and Melbourne – will offer increased options for onward connections throughout China and internationally, with passengers then potentially benefiting from the 905 destinations in 169 countries of the SkyTeam Alliance.
