NEC Corp and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co plan to double their mobile phone shipments to the mainland to three million and four million units, respectively, according to a report in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun that did not cite sources. Both companies are estimated to hold a 2% share of the Chinese mobile phone market.
