NEC System Technologies and TOTYU announced they would establish NEC System Technologies (Hangzhou) to expand NEC software sales in China and also develop software solutions for the Japanese market. NEC said it would hold a 90% stake in the US$924,000 venture, TOTYU 10%. Plans call for operations to begin in October and to build headcount up to 50 by the end of the year.
