New court for transnational cases

A special team of judges has been established by a court in Beijing to deal with cases involving transnational disputes, China Daily reported. The new bench will deal with cases concerning loan contracts, international transport contracts and disputes involving credit letters, international co-operation and trading involving foreigners. It is expected to be a model for similar benches in other parts of the country.
