[photopress:Hong_Kong_Plaza.gif,full,alignright]Lister Investment and Management has opened 40 new offices and meeting rooms in Hong Kong Plaza on Shanghai’s central Huaihai Road. The space is fully furnished and provides business support services, conference rooms, suites and virtual office packages.
Lister’s GM, Sally Huang, said the center can meet clients’ needs whether they are entrepreneurs or small- to medium-sized businesses.
The company started out as a retailer in 1993 and currently operates offices in two other Shanghai properties; The Tower on West Nanjing Road (750 square meters, 22 rooms) and The Mansion, an elegant neoclassical building in Jing’an district, built in 1919 for Hong Kong businessman Sir Robert Ho.
Lister plans to open another 50 centers over the next three years — six will be launched in 2008 in Shanghai and several other Chinese cities. These will also include apartments and retail space.
