[photopress:logistics_xiamen_port.jpg,full,alignright]CMA-CGM Group has signed an agreement with Xiamen City and Hong Kong-based NWS Holdings to develop Haicang Port Area, a deep water port in Xiamen in East China’s Fujian Province.
This will be CMA CGM’s first port investment project in China, and the terminal is scheduled for completion in 2009.
To date, CAM-CGM has participated in sixteen wharf investment projects around the world, and later plans to invest in the ports of Tianjin and Yangshan.
