PRC ambassador treated to Taiwan anthem

The Chinese ambassador to Grenada, Qian Hongshan, had to sit through a rendition of Taiwan's national anthem at the opening of a Chinese-built stadium on the Caribbean island, AP reported. Qian was "visibly uncomfortable" as a police band played the anthem in the US$40 million, 20,000 seat stadium. Grenada's Prime Minister, Keith Mitchell, said it was a mistake, and that an investigation would be launched.
