Carlson Hotels Worldwide Asia Pacific has signed an agreement with the Sanya Lu Hui Tou Tourism Development Company to manage a new Radisson Plaza hotel in Sanya, Hainan. The Radisson Plaza Hotel Sanya Lu Hui Tou will target both business and leisure travellers.
The 240 room property, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2011, will be located 1.5 km from Sanya city on the Lu Hui Tou peninsular.
It will also offer approximately 60 one, two or three bedroom villas. The property will have direct access to a 700 m private beach with views of Sanya Bay. Conference centre, golf course and shopping complexes are located nearby.
Currently, CHW-AP is developing another five hotels in China including the Radisson Plaza Hotel Tianjin and Radisson Hotel Liuzhou.
