Breast implants are becoming an increasingly popular cosmetic surgery choice among a surprising sector of Shanghai's population � men. According to the Shanghai Daily the growing number of male patients seeking implants do so for a variety of reasons, including wanting to impress potential partners, business clients, or even their boss. The implants are similar to those used by women, the Daily reported, but are a different shape and are stiffer, designed to give the man a pumped-up Schwarzenegger-type physique.
