Shanghai Skyway Landis opens

The Skyway Landis Hotel Shanghai has officially opened. The 52-floor luxury hotel, the tallest hotel in Puxi, has pioneered the trend of ‘hotel in the hotel.’ It has 654 spacious luxury guest rooms, including 78 suites. It also has the largest Presidential Suite in Shanghai at 443 square meters which is roughly the same size as a house.

It is also a sort of MICE hotel with banquet Halls, conference and exhibition facilities. The meeting rooms have advanced audiovisual technology and high-speed Internet access.

This is Landis Hotels & Resorts’ first try on the Chinese mainland, and the Shanghai hotel — invested by Hong Kong-listed Shanghai Real Estate, China Great Wall Asset Management and Shanghai House New-Tech Development — is one of the 186 registered Global Hotel Alliance members.
