The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) announced that it would hold a meeting of travel industry CEOs in Shanghai to discuss a proposed international forum focused on China's travel industry.
The proposed forum comes in the wake of a recent WTTC report on the future of the Chinese tourism industry, which it predicted to be the world's largest by 2020. The report included a series of policy recommendations that are expected to serve as talking points in the proposed business leaders forum.
