[photopress:shangrilahotel.jpg,full,alignright]A recent poll organized by Business Traveller China, the Chinese edition of the Business Traveller magazine, has named Shangri-La, a leading luxury hotel group in the Asia-Pacific region, the best hotel brand in China. Its franchise in Changchun, capital of Jilin Province, was named the best business hotel of the city for its quality facilities and services. It is the second consecutive year the Changchun Shangri-La has won the award.
Since its debut in China in 2002, the magazine has conducted two such polls among its readers, who are mainly frequent travellers.
Situated in downtown Changchun, the hotel is close to shops and local amenities. The Changchun Longjia International Airport and the Changchun Railway Station are within reach, at 50 and 15 minutes’ drive respectively.
