Sinopec plans giant terminal

Sources within Sinopec Corp disclosed the company was building a 300,000-tonne oil terminal and additional crude storage facilities as part of its expanding Yangtze River Delta hub to cope with China's surging imports. Construction will reportedly begin within two years and cost a projected US$240 million.
