Temasek reported in Minsheng bid

Reports persisted that Singapore state investment arm Temasek Holdings was in talks to buy a "substantial" stake in China Minsheng Bank Corp when the bank holds its US$900m H-share offering scheduled for the second quarter in Hong Kong. State media said Temasek, which already holds a 4.55% stake, might buy as much as an additional 20% of the H-share offer, which would give it nearly 7% of Minsheng's enlarged share capital.
