Three Gorges pollution

The State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) released its mid-term evaluation of the plan to limit pollution at the Three Gorges dam project, saying that its progress in treating industrial pollution in the area was not as smooth as planned and "worrisome". The report also said 93.8% of designated polluters hadnt reached their pollution reduction targets.
