Beijing No 2 Intermediate People's Court ordered two companies and an independent sales rep to pay US$93,000 to Montagut brand owner Bonneterie Cevenole SARL of France for trademark infringement involving look-alike Montagut labels. State media identified Bonneterie Garment (Shenzhen) Company, Yiwu Xinyipai Garment Company from Zhejiang Province and Beijing retailer Li Zupeng as the defendants in the case.
