Tsang angles for top HK job

With Beijing behind him, Hong Kong's interim chief executive Donald Tsang has resigned from his post in order to run for the city's top political job in the July election, according to media reports. Tsang is expected to be appointed as Hong Kong's next leader by an 800-member election committee known to execute Beijing's intentions.
