A new educational concept is the mini-MBA.
Joryi Tan, Marketing Manager/Senior Account Manager at TW Allison said: ‘We have had a number of clients request an intensive program designed to teach their BU (Business Unit) Senior Managers all of the knowledge necessary to profitably run a BU. This training will include leadership, sales & marketing, business development, finance, business communications, and other pertinent training.’
TW Allison’s program will teach the basics of an MBA within the framework of an intensive training program.
PR.com reports TW Allison will launch it starting June 1st and companies will be able to choose from either a six-day course or an eight-day course.
The training may be completed over one month or as long as one year, depending on the needs of the organization. The training will include assignments designed by the course contributors and trainees will be required to complete their assignments between modules.
