The US Commerce Department said more categories of Chinese apparel imports including trousers, shirts and yarn not covered by US actions last week would be subject to quotas after the Administration formally requests consultations with Beijing on the issue, according to media reports. Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai called the restrictions "unfair."
