Volcano strikes again

Air China, the nation’s flag international carrier, announced that it has delayed some of its European flights due to the new Icelandic volcano eruption that had spewed a huge ash cloud and again disrupted air traffic in the region.

Air China Flight CA907 from Beijing to San Paulo, which stops by Madrid, and flight CA967 from Beijing to Milan have been cancelled, said Air China. The company did not say when the flights will resume.

CRI English.com reports the latest eruption of the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull has posed a threat once again to air traffic in Europe. In northern Spain, 16 airports were closed as the ash cloud blew south.
