Yukos oil will keep flowing, Russian premier promises

Media reports quoted Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov saying Russia will ensure that wobbly energy giant Yukos, now reeling from government demands that it pay billions owed in back taxes, honors its commitments to keep oil supplies flowing into China. Russia's state rail corp had already said last month that China would foot the transport bill if Yukos couldn�t stump up the cash.
