Avic to make parts for business jets

Dassault Aviation of France has signed a contract with Avic, under which the Chinese company will manufacture parts for350 Falcon business jets. The parts will be delivered to Dassault next May, reported China Daily.

Dassault has yet to sell any business jets in China, but the company is interested in increasing its co-operation with local companies. The president of Avic, Liu Gaozuo, said that only a few very big Chinese companies, such as Haier and Chunlan, currently use business jets, although it is a growing market.
