China exports homegrown vehicles

A Tianjin company has become the first Chinese manufacturer to export electric vehicles in bulk, state media reported. A total of 106 vehicles, valued at around US$10,000 each, have been shipped to the US by Tianjin Qingyuan Electric Vehicle. They will be used in townships, military bases, ports and major research institutions.
