China Resources to buy into Zhengzhou Gas

China Resources Enterprise announced it signed a preliminary framework agreement to buy a 20% share of Zhengzhou Gas Co. The acquisition price Hong Kong-listed China Resources will pay for the Zhengzhou, Henan province-based piped-gas supplier is still being discussed. China Resources announced in September 2003 that it was negotiating to acquire the gas company.
